  • Heavy duty drum and frame. The  average drum thickness of our competitors' product is 1.5 - 2.0 mm while the drum thickness of our mixer is 3.0 mm.  This means that our drums last longer.  We can provide you with the names of clients of whom the mixers are 5 years old and are used daily, and who are still using the original frame and drum!  This means that the mixer that you buy is very durable.
  • The shaft and flange are assembled in the drum cradle and not inside the drum.  The absence of bearings in the drum leaves more space for mixing in the drum.  It also means that the bearings can quickly and easily be replaced.  Compare this easy process with that of our competitors, where the bearings must be removed in a dufficult and time-consuming manner.  Furhermore we use taper roller be bearings instead of standard D-grove ball bearings.  This means that this mechanism is more durable and easier to maintain than mixers of any competitor's.
  • The steering and tilting is simple and robust, which results in a very long working life with the accompanying monetary saving and continuous use.
  • The high quality pinion gear and shaft ensure that the mixer will function without problems for years - a great saving over many years.
  • The mixer has a solid framework.  This implies that it is sturdy, will not rattle loose and is structurally sound - thus you are purchasing durability at an affordable price.
  • The mixer has a Honda GX160 petrol engine.  This tried and tested engine is used in various applications everywhere in South Africa.  Spare parts and service centres are therefore readily available and inexpensive throughout the country.
  • This mixer and its spare parts are locally manufactured and are thusreadily available at affordable prices.  Compare this with our comptitors who have to import conrete mixers and spare parts at higher prices and under unstable circumstances.  We also provide a spare parts list and drawing that simplify the identification and ordering of spare parts.
  • We are proudly South African.  Our products, labour and production process are 100% South African. In contrast some of our competitors import their products of certain spare parts from overseas countries.
  • Our product and the manufacturing thereof comply with Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) requirements.  In this regard more particulars can be provided on our request.
