How often do you say to yourself I should have read this?
The world has gone crazy and it feels to me as
if nothing makes sense anymore.
Steve Hofmeyer has gone back to Janine, the girl that cost him his marriage. The girl whom he described as a “pop star diversion” in an “open-hearted” Huisgenoot interview. It is the same girl dragging him to court for maintenance. Apparently he cannot ignore his heart any longer!! (Personally I think there is something else that he can no longer ignore).
Furthermore our dear, modest; industrious and honest politicians have overnight decided to focus on us and not on their own financial gain. The introduction of the tolling system is going to be postponed until “proper consultation” has been undertaken with the riff-raff. Where have you ever heard of such a thing?
What is next? Vicious solar storms that devastate everything on earth that is dear to us? President Mubarak who is fired by his own people after 40 years? Colonel Gadhafi who thinks he is more popular than ever after his air force had fired on his own people? Tax lotto winnings? We definitely live in strange times.
